If your answer is YES, apply today so we can connect and share more about our Team Leader position and how you can grow your career with us WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the production line, ensuring efficient operations and accountability for quality controls within your area. You will assist your supervisor in driving daily production goals, serve as the trainer and subject matter expert for your section, and lead Tier 1 meetings with your assigned employees. In this role, you will lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills, fostering a culture of safety and accountability, and maintaining high standards for quality and productivity. Effective communication will be key as you provide guidance, feedback, and motivation to your team. Additionally, you will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, ensuring compliance with specifications, and identifying opportunities for improvement. By taking ownership of your section's performance and contributing to the team's overall success, you will play a vital role in achieving daily production and quality goals.
