Position Purpose:

The Mission Trips Coordinator manages the logistics and administration of all Woodland Park and U.S. Extension Campuses Year 2 mission trips. This includes student information, trip locations, scheduling, transportation, lodging, food, insurance, and visas (when applicable). The primary responsibility is to ensure that all leaders and students go and return safely. The Lead position assists the Missions Manager by answering questions, resolving issues, and keeping workflows moving with all Mission Trip Coordinators and Interns.
Essential Duties:
  • Point of contact between Mission Trips Manager and coordinators/interns
  • Supervise interns in their duties to support Charis Missions
  • Data collection, management, and distribution for students, staff leads, student leads, and hosts
  • Data management and tracking as teams are created and sent out
  • Communicate and coordinate all ticket purchases with Travel Agent
  • Logistical coordination of all ground transportation
  • Submit Purchase Requests
  • Manage financial data including estimates, purchases, and refunds
  • Lead mission team meetings when needed
  • Prepare iPad or team folders for Staff Leads
  • Track and submit student grades
  • Maintain Share Point, Share Drive, and Monday.com boards
  • Ensure all coordinator tasks in the team are being accomplished on time according to the annual plan
  • Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Excellent comprehensive, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Possess excellent organizational skills
  • Exercise confidentiality, good judgment, and discernment
  • Must demonstrate mastery of using Biblical principles when enforcing policies
  • Must have a working knowledge of Windows-based software including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Very detail-oriented
  • Ability to successfully work with other staff in a team setting
  • Must have strong administrative and time management skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to the doctrinal position of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College
  • Ability to administrate policy and leadership in various capacities
Requirements:
  • Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Must sign the Statement of Faith
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education is required
  • Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred
  • Must have a genuine heart for the ministry and students
  • Must be willing to lead Year 2 mission trips if needed
  • Must pass all required checks
Experience:
  • 3-5 years experience in bookkeeping, data management, or high administrative roles
  • 2-3 years experience supervising a team or managing people
  • Compensation is commensurate with experience.
