The Opportunity:

Our client is an international manufacturer of air quality and particle characterisation solutions. As part of recent growth and business acquisitions we are supporting them in the addition of a dedicated technical marketing and sales professional in their Minneapolis location.

This is a great opportunity for an individual to drive our clients brand awareness and to affect overall business outcomes within an organisation where all contributions will have an notable impact. Onward progression pathways are a given, and a solid compensation package is on offer.

What you'll be doing:

  • Development and maintenance of our clients marketing calendar.
  • Show/conference planning and coordination.
  • Developing and updating marketing and sales materials (brochures and other literature) utilizing Adobe Creative suite and similar products.
  • Supporting internal and external sales channels on the sales development cycle (CRM, customer engagement, quotations/follow-up, logistics, etc.).
  • Working with designated employees to maintain the website.
  • Developing content and graphics for website, online newsletters, and other e-marketing efforts.
  • Leading prospective client contact list research.
  • Creating, scheduling, and deploying marketing campaigns.
  • Developing, maintaining, and applying expertise with modern digital marketing techniques, including search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Working with outside agencies or other resources on projects including creative work and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Assisting with special marketing projects and daily ad hoc requests.
  • Compiling and formatting data for a monthly marketing ROI dashboard.
  • Creating weekly sales/marketing summary reports.
  • Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with an ideal 4 years of sales & marketing experience.
  • Must possess strong creative, marketing, branding, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with modern digital marketing techniques, including search engine marketing. (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively, attend to details and produce high-quality work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Technical product background in instrumentation (academic and or job experience) would be highly desirable, technical B2B solution marketing is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with others or independently on assigned tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to capture campaign information.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using a Marketing Automation tool for all e-marketing activities.
