Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and communicate supplier requirements, operating controls and procedures with the intent to manage and reduce risk.
  • Create, drive, standardize, and implement best practices through continuous improvement.
  • Implement, lead, and influence change initiatives by developing appropriate action plans.
  • Monitor demand and supply metrics regularly.
  • Implement forecasts and submission of demand plans on a regular basis.
  • Perform monthly to quarterly review of inventory and make recommendations and adjustments to leadership.
  • Analyze information in order to provide meaningful insight and input to negotiations and deals.
  • Think creatively and contribute to developing strategies and structuring of business.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in supply chain management in high technology or equivalent companies
  • Ability to design and deliver supplier performance management, corrective action and capability building programs, and manage third party services
  • Committed to delivering high quality results, overcoming challenges, focusing on what matters, execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented, strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to analyze data and use customized software quickly and accurately.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize workloads and manage concurrent projects and timelines.
