Our client, a major financial company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager/IT Asset Manager to assist them in their IT End-of-Life Lifecycle and Vulnerability Remediation efforts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to disposal, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing vulnerability remediation processes to maintain the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. This

  • cle Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including hardware and software, ensuring timely upgrades and replacements according to the end-of-life schedules.Vulner
  • ability Remediation: Lead the identification, assessment, and remediation of vulnerabilities within the IT infrastructure to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with security standards.Projec
  • t Planning and Execution: Develop and execute detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, for lifecycle management and vulnerability remediation initiatives.Stakeh
  • older Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and ensuring alignment with business pli
  • ance and Reporting: Ensure all IT assets and remediation activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Prepare and present comprehensive reports to management and other stakeholders.Risk M

  • ion: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT asset lifecycle management and vulnerability remediationComputer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft suiteTechnical Skills: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, and vulnerability management toolsCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detailOrganizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
