FTE: PRN, no guaranteed days or hours, some evenings required

Pay: $22.80 - $29.64 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary:
Designs, develops, and delivers community health programs and resources.

Responsibilities:
Develops program content based on research and analysis of subject and population-specific data and community needs.

Develops and implements marketing campaigns to promote awareness of programs and resources. Provides health education and resources to staff, patients, families, schools and community groups.

May organize and facilitate community health screenings, wellness programs, and educational activities. Serves as a community health resource and consultant to staff, physicians, community agencies, and other community health professionals.

May collaborate on procuring funding and resources that support program initiatives. May collaborate on the design and implementation of research projects.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Required Education: High school diploma or GED. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Required Licensure/Certification: Valid state driver's license and insurance required.
  • Minimum Experience: None required. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
