As our Assisted Living Sales Councelor, you will be responsible for:

Identify and source move-in potentials while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
Conduct Marketing events and tours of the Community for prospective clients
Invites referral sources for tours or to attend events at the Community
Manages CRM daily (Sherpa)
Represents the facility through community involvement and networking, as appropriate
Completes pre-move-in paperwork and distributes it to the appropriate department

Qualifications:

Healthcare experience is a must, preferably a Minimum 2+ years in a related Business Development/Sales Director position within Assisted Living or a like Health Care setting
Ability to work flexible hours, as marketing responsibilities may dictate
