Order Entry Representative

Description: The Order Entry/ Customer Support Associate I position works as part of the Logistics and Customer Support team and interfaces with the customer to understand and satisfy their requirements for either new or repaired headsets. The actual tasks that the individual Associate performs can and will change based on customer requirements, and the tasks that the individual is trained and authorized to perform. The primary functions for this position include: - Respond to emails and web requests in line with productivity objectives - Hold high attention to detail in documenting customers needs, and order requests - Create cases for all documented field failure incidents, RMA’s for returns, replacements, refunds - Manage emails daily, respond promptly and follow up with customers - Answer approximately 20 calls a day - Answer pre-sales questions, educate customer on product/functionality and place order for product with appropriate price and schedule - Learn products in order to provide tech support to customer to submit a warranty claim, or buy new product - Listen to customers and enter appropriate notes into case, using defined questions, trouble shooting skills and acquired product knowledge. - Follow up and problem solve on customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, web, mail - Maintain companies reputation for outstanding customer service is upheld on every customer contact and meet quality objectives - Use business insight and sound judgment to identify appropriate course of action to handle circumstances, which will benefit both cliental, and the company. - Approve web cases, manage the cases on the Variant Cart and Intel Web report - Participate in outbound marketing and attend tradeshows as necessary Skills: microsoft office, microsoft word, Customer support, Inbound call, Technical support, Data entry, Troubleshooting, Customer service, Customer service call center, crm system, Microsoft, web service, chat support, email, product knowledge, Customer care, Order entry, technical skills, Clerical, Administrative support, Computer skills, Front desk, Customer service skills, Outlook, Administration, Administrative assistance, csr, csr center, phone support, technical assistance, warranty claims, consumer product Top Skills Details: microsoft office,microsoft word,Customer support Additional Skills & Qualifications: • 1-2 years of related receptionist, customer service work experience (phone experience), and or relatable order entry or administrative support experience • Positive “can-do” attitude • Natural ability to problem solve • Team player that enjoys helping co-workers and customers • Experience with CRM and Contact Center software • Microsoft office suite • Organized with ability to multi-task • Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills • Ability to maintain professional, courteous attitude under stress • Some technical interest and capability Best candidate has strong customer support background with phone work, front desk, reception, admin = Looking for someone to go above and beyond for customers Experience Level: Entry Level About Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
