The engineer will collaborate closely with the tech team to drive innovation and ensure that the software meets business needs and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using JavaScript and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and software solutions.
- Design and implement efficient, scalable, and secure web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Integrate front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless performance and user experience.
- Maintain and enhance existing software applications, troubleshooting and debugging as needed.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards and improve the quality of the codebase.
- Continuously improve development practices and contribute to technical discussions and architecture planning.
- Manage version control using GitHub and collaborate on project management tools to track progress and resolve issues.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, applying new knowledge to drive improvements in software development.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, preferably in manufacturing or healthcare solutions.
- Demonstrated experience working with JavaScript, Python, and active use of GitHub.
- Experience with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Django, Flask) is preferred.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Python programming languages.
- Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development.
- Experience with database management systems like SQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Relevant software development or cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Azure Developer) is a plus.
- Knowledge of API development and RESTful services.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of security best practices in software development.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and frameworks.
