We are seeking an experienced full-stack engineer to join our team. As an early engineer, you will have the unique opportunity to work directly with our founders to build the product from the ground up.

The Job

">

In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable, maintainable software using React, GraphQL, and Next.js. You will independently plan, implement, and test features in the minware application.

You will work closely with product managers and customers to define minware's capabilities and design new system components. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering high-quality software features">
  • Collaborating with product managers and customers to define minware's capabilities">
  • Designing and architecting new system components">
  • Managing a backlog of tech debt reduction and internal efficiency improvements">
  • (Optional) Participating in interviews and assisting with hiring other engineers">

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you should have experience building and maintaining complex full-stack applications. You should be familiar with principles of high-quality code, including continuous integration, declarative, and functional programming.

You should have strong communication skills for interfacing with non-technical stakeholders and occasionally with customers. Experience with agile or lean planning and project management processes is also required.

">

Familiarity with the core stack (Postgres, Next.js, Apollo GraphQL, React) or similar technologies is preferred. Proficiency with infrastructure (AWS, Terraform) and UI (HTML, CSS, Figma) is optional but nice to have.

Compensation and Perks

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary of $160,000-$210,000 USD and stock options based on industry benchmarks for function and level.
