Job Summary

7th/8th Grade Science Long-Term Substitute
Report on site at 8:00 AM.

Ensure that students have a safe and effective learning experience while the regular teacher is absent.
Responsibilities include:
Keeping students engaged and on task
Implementing the lesson plans left by the regular teacher
Ensuring the classroom is a safe and positive place for learning
Leaving notes and feedback for the regular teacher
Completing any assigned tasks outside of the classroom

Requirements / Qualifications

All applicants must return a completed certificated application, professional resume' or vita, three to five recent letters of reference and a copy of, or evidence of ability to obtain the appropriate credential to the District Office by the close date.

Live scan clearance through Department of Justice, and TB clearance.
