Community Healthcare is hiring a Part-time Registered Nurse to work Night shifts within our Acute Rehab team at the Community Stroke and Rehabilitation Center in Crown Point, IN

Sign-on Bonus up to $5000

Relocation Assistance up to $5,000

Acute Rehabilitation Unit
  • Acute Rehabilitation Unit is a 40-bed free standing hospital, that provides Northwest Indiana residents with exceptional care that is convenient and close to home.
  • The Acute Rehabilitation Unit provides care to patients of various ages and patient care. The Acute Rehab team provides exemplary care to patients who have undergone a life changing event. Empathy, Compassion, and Quality of care are just a few of the characteristics of our astounding team.

Registered Nurse Roles and Responsibilities:
  • To render professional nursing care to a group of assigned patients within the hospital.
  • Collaborates with the medical staff and other members of the health care team to provide quality patient care.
  • Performs all the activities in accordance with approved policies and guides.
  • Supervises and delegates to ancillary personnel.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Current RN license to practice in Indiana (IN licensure or multi-state (compact) license)
  • Successful completion of The Community Healthcare System's Personnel and Nursing Orientation Programs
  • Obtains and maintains current CPR certification.
