Job Summary: The Caregiver Integration Manager is responsible for overseeing the seamless integration of new caregivers into Help at Home following mergers and acquisitions. This role ensures that caregivers experience a smooth and positive transition while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the integration process. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Design and maintain acquisition specific tools and resources to ensure consistent onboarding of new hires coming from acquired companies based on volume, geography and other specifications. Liaison between Operations, Mergers & Acquisitions team, and other supporting functions to align onboarding processes with appropriate timelines and expectations. Create a structured timeline for the onboarding process that includes milestones and checkpoints. Identify & manage resources to support onboarding based on timelines and volume, including any necessary onsite support. Assist with developing communication plan(s) and materials for Caregivers to ensure they understand the process, changes and helps mitigate apprehension & concerns. Enhance the caregiver experience to help impact retention. Develop & Coordinate orientation sessions as needed and agreed upon, that cover company policies, procedures, and culture. Ensure that all necessary compliance training and documentation are completed as part of the onboarding process. Maintain records of onboarding activities and new hire progress and manages pipeline to ensure follow through on pending items in a timeline manner. Work with supporting functions to ensure Caregivers are properly integrated into systems and appropriately compensated based on seller agreement. Continuously refine onboarding programs based on feedback and best practices. Report on onboarding outcomes and provide insights to leadership on areas of success and opportunities for enhancement. Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Capable of managing multiple onboarding programs simultaneously and meeting deadlines. Strong relationship-building skills to foster connections between new hires and existing employees. Detail-oriented with the ability to create structured onboarding processes. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university preferred. A minimum of five (5) years in a leadership role, project management, preboarding and/or onboarding preferred.
