Come be part of a team that appreciates and values your contributions We are a new hotel located in Carlisle Responsibilities: • Sales and reservations via phone and in-person • Create a great first impression with our guests • Check guests in and out quickly and efficiently • Give guidance to guests for dining, directions, and other points of interest • Provide the highest quality of service to 'wow' our guests • Do whatever it takes to make the hotel successful • Follow systems that are in place to perform the job • Answer questions about rates, room types, hotel amenities, and other hotel-related items • Greet and direct any visitors including vendors, clients, and customers • Night shift includes billing, inventories, laundry, movement of goods throughout the building, audits, and any other task necessary for the efficient operations of the hotel. The night shift essentially sets up the next day for success and requires a strong sense of responsibility Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of consistent employment experience • Excellent customer service skills on the phone and in-person • Flexibility to work some weekends on a rotating schedule • Keep an eye for detail • Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment • Desire to meet/exceed exceptionally high standards • A high degree of self-motivation • Dependability and a team player • Ability to work on a computer • Capacity to do whatever it takes to make the hotel successful • Hotel experience is a plus but not necessary • A positive attitude and integrity are a must • Desire to go above and beyond to create great guest experiences Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
