Job Description Serve as resource and trusted advisor to program implementation, program management, and corporate teams on USAID and other USG compliance issues. Maintain deep understanding of contractual obligations of current and prospective projects, and coordinate and mobilize resources necessary to address those contractual obligations. Work closely with Operations Director to develop project management processes that ensure compliant contract management of subcontractors, grantees, vendors, personnel, field office operations, etc. Lead all corporate procurement, contracts, and grants compliance operations. Maintain, build, and update as needed full cycle corporate and project-related procurement and contracting processes, tools, and systems. Lead certain components of cost volume-related documentation for proposals, such as teaming and pre-teaming agreements, evidence of responsibility, Section K, etc. Oversee management of procurement mechanisms, such as but not limited to GSA Schedule. Develop compliance-related guidance documents and training materials. As appropriate, act as main corporate point of contact with contracting officers and other clients on relevant matters. Stays current with and engages experts inside and outside EI to ensure regulatory changes and compliance best practices are incorporated into day-to-day operations and project teams are well-equipped to deliver on requirements. Develop contracted-compliance plans. Maintain corporate trackers. Maintain SAM.gov registration and other company certifications. Provide corporate-level registration, procurement, and vendor management support. Identify needs and develop rollout plan for business conduct trainings and internal contracts and procurement compliance resources. . . . . .
