Essential Skills and Abilities:

  • Measurement Mastery: Proficient in Measurement System Analysis (MSA), including Gage R&R studies, GD&T, and product measurement.
  • Tech-Driven: Skilled in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for reporting and data collection.
  • Inspection Innovator: Experienced in testing equipment, data analysis, and familiar with PFMEA, Control Plan, First Article, and DOE.
  • CMM Pro: Skilled in programming and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines.
  • Tool Savvy: Competent with inspection tools and hand tools such as calipers, measuring tapes, and precision instruments like bore gauges and micrometers.
  • Blueprint Prodigy: Able to read and interpret complex work instructions, drawings, and blueprints (GD&T).
  • Tech Whiz: Basic computer skills for time entry, document lookup, and writing non-conformance reports.
  • Math Enthusiast: Strong mathematical skills, particularly in interpreting drawings and trigonometry.

Experience Required:

  • Proven Expertise: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, or vocational training combined with five years of practical experience in a similar role.
