The Human Resource Division (HRD) provides human resource services to supervisors, managers, and employees. Duties This position supports the mission by serving as a professional level human resource consultant to agency staff, supervisors and managers in classification, compensation, recruitment and selection, training and organizational development functions. *Our new teammate will be able to: * Provide first-level professional support to team members in the recruitment and selection process. Ensure recruiting requirements are completed in accordance with supervisor/manager requirements and in compliance with WSP policies and procedures, WAC and/or the CBA. This includes running layoff list reports. Complete recruitment certification process through the Neogov system. Review Personal History and Background Questionnaires as needed for compliance with agency hiring standards; schedule applicants for polygraph examinations in a back-up capacity. Review applicant education transcripts and process according to agency policy and procedure. Complete recruitment close-out process Personnel file reviews and unemployment verification. Qualifications *Required Qualifications: * High School graduation or equivalent One (1) year of office or administrative support in a human resource setting.
