The qualified School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant SLPA will act as the patients' partner throughout their daily tasks and assist patients to function at their personal best. You will maximize the quality of life and movement potential within the spheres of promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation. This can be a local or travel Speech Language Pathologist Assistant SLPA assignment. Experienced and new grad Speech-Language Pathology Assistants SLPA are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities of a School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant SLPA:• Assist Speech Language Pathologists with the implementation of IEP• Deal effectively with the attitudes and behaviors of students• Effectively and tactfully communicate in both oral and written forms• Manage and use time effectively, demonstrate appropriate conduct• Select, prepare, and present materials effectively• Maintain student progress documentation• Develop schedules for student services that meet current IEP services• New grads and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply - We will support you through this transition• Grade level Pre K - High School• 2024 - 2025 school year• Submits all billing logs and necessary information on a timely basisPioneer Healthcare Services is located in beautiful San Diego and specializes in staffing and travel recruiting for nurses and therapists seeking jobs in the U.S. Our well-versed team of professionals is devoted to providing exceptional wages alongside medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K, housing, meals, incidentals allowance, and even relocation assistance if needed.
