Job Summary:

Soliant Health is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathology Assistant, you will work closely with a Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech therapy services to students in a K-12 setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with assessments, therapy, and clerical tasks as directed by the Speech Language Pathologist
  • Work collaboratively with the Speech Language Pathologist to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide support to students with communication disorders, including articulation, language, and fluency difficulties
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop strategies for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress

Requirements:

  • Oregon SLPA Licensure
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
