Fast-growing beauty brand is currently seeking a talented and experienced Digital Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) or beauty industry.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually compelling designs for digital platforms, including website graphics, social media content, email campaigns, and advertising materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts that align with the brand's overall marketing strategies.
- Utilize your strong understanding of DTC or beauty industry trends to create innovative and engaging designs that resonate with our target audience.
- Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across various channels.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, techniques in the graphic design field.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a graphic designer in an agency or corporate setting.
- Proven track record of creating impactful digital designs for e-commerce brands or within the beauty industry specifically.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma/Sketch/InVision or similar prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of typography principles and color theory
experience working with cross-functional teams such as marketing managers,
photographers/videographers etc
experience working on photoshoots
experience working within Shopify
knowledgeable about accessibility best practices
