Industrial Maintenance Technician

Our client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to be passionate about maintaining the reliability and safety of all equipment, as well as the facility and the grounds.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay: $30-$35/hour

  • Equipment maintenance, preventative and reactive (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic)
  • Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, etc.)
  • HVAC
  • Heating and Plumbing systems
  • Alarm Systems (fire, protection)
  • Manual repairs when necessary (ex: repair equipment, fix locks, replace windows etc.)

Skills

  • Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, controls, hydraulic and other systems
  • Welding (MIG & TIG), Fabrication, Machining.
  • Ability to read and comprehend bluprints, schematics and wiring documents.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate in HVAC, electrical, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus
  • Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is desired
