Summary

We seek a highly skilled Building Automation Account Manager in Seattle, WA. This role requires a local candidate with a stable work history and advanced knowledge of building automation controls. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise and a passion for driving success in the commercial mechanical construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Led and managed building automation projects from inception to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge in building automation controls to design, implement, and optimize systems. Familiarity with Tridium Niagara, Distech, Alerton, ALC, Johnson Controls Metasys, Bacnet, Trane, and Schneider Electric is essential.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, installation, and service departments, to ensure cohesive project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market, leveraging industry knowledge and connections to expand our client base.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience building automation controls, strongly favoring candidates from recognized control contractors.
  • Advanced understanding of building automation systems and related software tools such as Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, and Autodesk products (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
  • Candidates must be local to the Seattle area and have a demonstrated stable employment history.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
