Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue, ensuring it aligns with the hotel's overall goals and objectives.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including clients, meeting planners, and other key stakeholders. Understand their needs and preferences and provide personalized service to exceed their expectations.

Sales Pipeline Management: Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new business. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiations and closure.

Event Coordination: Collaborate with the hotel's banquet and catering teams to ensure seamless event execution, including menu planning, meeting space arrangements, and any special requests.

Revenue Optimization: Work to achieve and exceed revenue targets by selling the hotel's meeting space and rooms, while maximizing profitability through effective pricing strategies.

Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and local competition to stay competitive and identify opportunities for business growth.

Event Promotion: Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to boost awareness and increase bookings for events.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that all guests and clients have an exceptional experience, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in a sales support, retail, hospitality, or administrative role is preferred.

Brand Experience: Prior experience with Marriott, Hilton and/or IHG brand may be preferred, but not required.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.

Organized: Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Tech-Savvy: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Products, and CRMs.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Motivation: Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented attitude.

Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to speak professionally, confidently, and persuasively.
