Account Development Manager

Job Summary:
Unleash your potential and drive business growth as a District Manager specializing in B2B Acquisitions Join our expanding team in Indianapolis and take charge of building and nurturing relationships with key personnel in dealerships across your assigned geographic territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans in collaboration with the Regional Manager, with a primary focus on acquiring new B2B partnerships.
- Identify and establish relationships with decision-makers by visiting dealerships, showcasing the advantages of our Manufacturer's VSC & Ancillary products, and collaborating closely with dealership sales staff.
- Analyze dealership operations and sales processes, ensuring alignment with revenue targets.
- Act as a customer service liaison, resolving issues and providing effective solutions using Manufacturer's VSC & Ancillary products.
- Review and enhance the sales process, providing training for product knowledge and improving sales skills.
- Provide market feedback on trends, product acceptance, and competitive information.
- Maintain open communication with Manufacturer's VSC & Ancillary business units, personnel, and management.
- Continuously expand your knowledge, skills, and abilities for upward career growth.

- Account development expertise.
- Advanced sales, F&I menu, and compliance training experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Dealership DMS, and Menu Systems.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree (Preferred) or 5 years of combined auto dealership/vendor experience and/or training.
- AFIP Certification (Preferred).
