Overview:

A full-time Physical Therapist , (PT/RPT), position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Norway, ME. This position offers a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus

The facility is a 78 bed sub-acute/skilled nursing facility with a newly renovated Rehab Gym. The successful candidate will be working with the geriatric population and see a good mix of short-term and long-term care patients. There is a fantastic, close-knit team in place led by a very experienced Rehab Director. They all work collaboratively to provide the best patient care possible.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

The qualified candidate will:
  • Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
  • Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
  • Possess a current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
  • Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
  • Work well with others in a team setting
  • Be flexible with hours.
