We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Physical Therapist to join our team at Andwell Health Partners, providing innovative and compassionate health care services in the comfort of patients' homes and communities.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

About the Job

This is a full-time opportunity for a dedicated Physical Therapist to work with clients in Norway and Bridgton, providing physical therapy services according to the standards of practice outlined by the American Physical Therapy Association.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, as well as a current PT license in the State of Maine and CPR certification. Previous experience in home health settings is preferred, along with a reliable vehicle and insurance.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and revising plans of care that incorporate goals consistent with each client's age, condition, and needs. You will also coordinate client care plan activities to promote independent living.
