Interact directly with client and project team on developing scope of services, communicating project progress and findings and recommendations. Write and prepare routine and complex engineering reports detailing services provided, findings, and recommendations. Participate in marketing, sales and business development. Supervise graduate, field and project engineering staff. Perform various hydrologic calculations and stormwater computer modeling efforts using HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, HydroCAD, HY-8 and other applicable software packages. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Minimum 5-8 years' experience. Master's degree in Engineering preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) registration. Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.Preferred Experience: 5+ years' experience in Civil Engineering design: Proficiency in technical writing, hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, and relevant computer software (e.g., HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Carlson, Civil 3D). Familiarity with PennDot and Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission design procedures. Municipal engineering experience. MS4 permitting and Green Stormwater Infrastructure design experience. Total Station and GPS field survey experience. Land Development Plan preparation experience. Erosion and Sedimentation Control and NPDES Permit experience. Highway Occupancy Permits experience.
