We are seeking a highly accomplished, strategic, and influential leader to be the Product Owner and develop a technical roadmaps for Advanced Analytic technologies. This Product Owner will work closely with Data Science leaders, Data Architects, Data Engineers and Data Analysts within an Agile working environment. Core Responsibilities Speed and complexity of AI technologies are evolving rapidly. You will help develop the product vision and roadmap for spinal AI capabilities, define their fit to analytic roadmaps, develop business cases and gain budget approvals and manage delivery. CXD ecosystem is matrixed between Data Analyst, Data Management/Engineering/Architecture within the Technology Office and Data Science delivery organization. You will engage with these teams and ensure connectivity to their roadmaps. Distill needs of multiple Experience labs into capability roadmaps for the shared services team. Proactively identify business opportunities that can be solved using AI/ML solutions. Develop roadmaps that include detailed product features and requirements, implementation plans and influence the organization to utilize these solutions Translate roadmaps into data science delivery schedules in partnership with Data Science Delivery Managers. Keeps abreast of latest innovations and test them within a controlled environment. Represent Vanguard in external industry events and proactively forms external relationships to bring in new ideas, technology, and talents. Hires, evaluates, and supervise crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures. Participates in the development of the department budget, including the identification of technology investments and budget allocation to support these tools. Reviews expenses and ensures unit operates within budgetary guidelines. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
