XR, wearables, AI services, videoconference services, and many more trending technologies will change the way we work in the future, often faster than we expect. Whether it is the latest model of computer hardware deployed in our environment, emerging tech products in the pipeline, or even consumer goods that our Crew may want to learn more about, our Tech Lab program is designed to make the latest tech available for our Crew to explore. We are seeking a Tech Lab Product Owner to oversee the development and maintenance of our Tech Lounge. This role ensures 5-6 distinct workplace technology educational and demo experiences are available to employees and maintains the space for maximum immersion. **This On-Site role (5 days in-office) is based in Malvern, PA**

Responsibilities:

Experience Development:

  • Design and curate unique technology educational and demo experiences.
  • Collaborate with teams and vendors to implement technology solutions.
  • Update experiences to keep pace with technological advancements.
  • Monitor inventory and procure necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Aligns digital signage content to complement available experiences/devices.

Space Management:

  • Maintain the Tech Lounge to provide an immersive environment.
  • Oversee setup, configuration, and maintenance of technology and equipment.
  • Coordinate with facilities management for space-related issues.


Employee Engagement:

  • Promote employee participation and engagement with the Tech Lounge.
  • Organize workshops, demonstrations, and events.
  • Gather and analyze employee feedback to improve offerings.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work with HR, IT, and other departments to align initiatives with goals.
  • Act as the primary contact for Tech Lounge inquiries.
  • Present regular reports on activities, usage, and impact.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years related work experience, with at least two years of technical support experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • A passion for workplace technology and cutting edge consumer productivity technology.
  • Experience in a retail showroom environment is a plus.
