Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Extraordinaire: Be the friendly face and listener for our homeowners, providing top-notch service even in high-stress situations.
- Data Entry Dynamo: Accurately input data and maintain our resident database with precision.
- Tech-Savvy Superstar: Utilize Microsoft applications and other technology platforms with ease.
- Website Wizard: Upload documents and make updates to our association website.
- Newsletter Ninja: Draft engaging newsletters using the Constant Contact platform.
- Office Organization Guru: Handle filing, scanning, and copying tasks efficiently.
- People Person: Use your excellent interpersonal skills to interact positively with residents and team members.
- Self-Starter: You take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Motivated & Flexible: Adapt to changing priorities and tasks with a positive attitude.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Keep everything running smoothly and accurately.
