Leland Management is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our team in Homosassa, FL.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to homeowners, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring seamless operations.
- Tech Support: Troubleshoot technical issues and provide assistance with computer-related tasks.
- Website Maintenance: Update the association website, adding new content and managing existing pages.
- Newsletter Creation: Design and send regular newsletters to residents using the Constant Contact platform.
- Office Administration: Manage office supplies, files, and equipment, maintaining a well-organized workspace.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
- Administrative Experience: 1+ years preferred.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other technology applications.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
20 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
Salary:$18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
