Job Summary

Leland Management is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our team in Homosassa, FL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to homeowners, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Tech Support: Troubleshoot technical issues and provide assistance with computer-related tasks.
  • Website Maintenance: Update the association website, adding new content and managing existing pages.
  • Newsletter Creation: Design and send regular newsletters to residents using the Constant Contact platform.
  • Office Administration: Manage office supplies, files, and equipment, maintaining a well-organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Administrative Experience: 1+ years preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other technology applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Availability:

20 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Salary:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
