What Your Day Will Look Like:

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to supporting various HR functions, including payroll processing, maintaining and updating the HRIS system, and managing the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling administrative responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes.

  • Payroll Support:

    • Assist with processing payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Resolve payroll discrepancies and provide support for manual payroll corrections as needed.
  • HRIS Management:

    • Process employee status changes, including new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations, in the HRIS system.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and assist with reporting needs.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS):

    • Manage administrative tasks within the ATS, including opening and closing job postings.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure job postings are accurate and timely.
    • Track candidate progress and maintain ATS data integrity.
  • Administrative Support:

    • Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory standards.
    • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR support roles, with exposure to payroll and HRIS systems.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., JazzHR) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other HR-related software.
