About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Support Specialist to join our team at Aramco Services Company. As an HR Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our team, including sorting, collating, and assembling information packets and brochures, as well as assisting in preparing comprehensive reports. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Providing administrative and clerical support to the team.
  • Assisting in preparing comprehensive reports.
  • Sorting, collating, and assembling information packets and brochures.
  • Supporting the academic, vocational, technical/professional, and on-the-job (OJT) training programs and trainee-related employee relations and services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least eight years of progressive experience in Human Resources or an administrative position using advanced administrative skills. You will also need to be proficient with data management and business software, and have strong attention to detail and high-quality work. Additionally, you must be able to comprehend and communicate accurately, clearly, and concisely in English.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
