ABOUT THE POSITION
Some might call it Lead Generator or Appointment Setter. We call it Account Executive to reflect the caliber of candidate (smart, gritty, determined, persistent) we need to persuade busy financial advisors to speak with our clients regarding career opportunities available at their firms. It's high-volume outbound calling and not easy but it is challenging and rewarding. No wonder so many of our AEs have been with us so long
ABOUT YOU
A natural conversationalist, you possess an engaging phone personality and previous cold calling, direct sales, and/or account management experience in a client-facing environment. You're seeking a part-time professional career, not just a job. You thrive on multi-tasking, can think on your feet, and know how to work independently. MS Office proficiency and enthusiasm about learning new programs, skills, and terminologies are essential. A bachelor's degree is preferred; CRM experience is a plus.

Upon completion of training, you'll set your own schedule, so you'll never miss your kid's soccer game. Our Account Executives work alongside and learn from like-minded professionals and are valued by clients and management alike.
