Demonstrated skills in performance improvement process, program development, project management, computer technology, database development and management and instruction design. Proficient in field of nursing practice and possess independent clinical skills Willing to travel 75% of time in clinic environment. May occasionally work flexible hours to meet needs of clinic staff that are scheduled to work 7 days/week, 24 hours/day Preferred Qualifications: Education and/or infection prevention experience Graduate degree in healthcare or nursing related field or currently enrolled in a graduate program 5+ years clinical nursing experience Emergency or other critical care experience Significant experience in a regulatory/compliance role within healthcare operations All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $70,200 to $137,800 annually.
