Position Summary:
Under the direction of the SVP of People Operations, The Training and Development Specialist will assess staff training needs and create engaging programs to enhance their skills. You'll deliver training through various methods, from in-person sessions to online modules, ensuring our team has the tools they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess training needs through surveys and consultations.
- Design and develop training manuals and online modules.
- Deliver engaging training sessions using diverse instructional techniques.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
- Maintain records of training activities and attendance.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Training and Development, or a related field.
- 2+ years of training experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
