This includes support of project delivery throughout full lifecycle, including through the SIT, UAT and migration phases. Establish appropriate stakeholder engagement across Technology, Operations and Product for appropriate contributions to ensure the highest possible value-add project outcomes. Work with the Program Manager to ensure project governance and delivery process and methodology is effective, e.g. detailed IT work and milestone plans, schedules with milestones, estimates, resource plans, reporting and clear risk and issue management. All required tracking artefacts are regularly updated; toolkit and systems are optimally utilized. Apply in-depth knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues that have impact beyond own area. Ensure standard procedures are followed. Creation and maintenance of relevant project artefacts (risk and issues logs, project reports, etc.). Identify, document, and understand project dependencies. Escalate project risks and issues to the Program Manager, Project Director, or Project Sponsor when/where appropriate. Creation of project status reports for stakeholder and senior management. Ensure program/project tracking of milestones and iterations are effectively managed as per company standards.
