Marketing Analytics Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with an exciting client in Tampa, FL to identify an exceptional Marketing Analytics Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in email, paid media and website analytics.


This role requires a problem solver with a strong analytical mindset who can interpret data, identify trends, and present on actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • KPI Development & Implementation: Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs for email campaigns, paid advertising, and web performance to measure effectiveness and drive marketing strategy
  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data from various sources (email, paid media, web analytics) to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform decision-making and strategy adjustments
  • Reporting: Create and present detailed reports on marketing performance, including regular updates on KPIs, campaign results, and other relevant metrics to stakeholders
  • Optimization: Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaigns and strategies based on data-driven insights, ensuring maximum ROI and performance improvements
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in data, campaigns, or reporting processes. Develop solutions to overcome challenges and enhance marketing effectiveness
  • Tool Management: Utilize and manage analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, email marketing software, and paid media dashboards, to track and analyze performance


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing and analyzing data across email, paid advertising, and web platforms
  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
