WHAT YOU WILL DO: Team Leadership: Provide leadership to a team of housing specialists, case managers, and outreach workers. Foster a supportive and collaborative team environment, promoting professional growth and development. Program Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient program delivery and compliance with regulations. Monitor program outcomes and adjust strategies as needed to achieve performance targets and client goals. Client Services: Collaborate with team members to assess the needs of clients and develop individualized housing plans. Provide guidance and support to clients navigating the housing system, including assistance with applications, referrals, and advocacy. Ensure that clients have access to necessary support services, such as mental health resources, substance abuse treatment, and employment assistance. Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local agencies, government entities, and community stakeholders to coordinate services and leverage resources. Participate in collaborative efforts to address systemic barriers to housing and homelessness prevention. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, program data, and reporting requirements. Generate regular reports on program activities, outcomes, and trends for internal and external stakeholders. Use data analysis to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making processes. MINIIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Masters Degree in Social Services with 2 year of related social service experience OR Bachelors Degree in Social Services with 4 years of related social service experience OR Associate's Degree in Social Services with 5 years of related social service experience OR High-school diploma/GED and 10 years of related social service experience Act 33/34/73 Clearances Valid Driver License Ability to drive an organization vehicle Pre-employment drug screen POSITION HIGHLIGHTS/BENEFTIS: Work Schedule: This is a Non-Exempt (hourly) position.
