A highly-respected commercial construction company is seeking Senior Superintendents, Assistant Project Managers, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, PreconstructionChief Estimator and Jr Estimator for long-term projects located in the Miami, FL areas to join their organization. This company develops a wide range of projects, typically in the $10M - $60M range. Focusing on client relationship building they pride themselves on repeat business and developing long lasting relationships with their clients.
Assistant Project Manager - min 5-years successful experience, bidding, leveling and buying trade work, Contracts writing, scheduling, drawing, RFI and submittal management.
Change order management all in procore, meeting minutes, high degree of proficiency in reading and understanding construction drawings and interrelationships of the drawings. Ready to take the next step to PM but not there yet.
Project Manager - should be able to work independently, all tasks of the APM but at a higher level, must be able to manage project buyout, schedule and cost report in procore and excel.
Sr Project Manager - 10 year proven successful experience. Be able to plan and lead larger projects in the 15m+ market up to 60m with little supervision and meet project budget, quality and schedule.
Senior superintendent - Responsible for the entire project site. Project schedule and schedule logic/ sequence. Supervising trades work and constructing the project in a clean, safe and efficient manner.
Must be proficient in computers, procore, project safety, lead weekly construction meetings and complete projects on time and under budget .
Preconstruction manager/ chief estimator - must be able to take owners initial request for proposal and organize and bid to sub market, engage subs, secure bids, level bids,
complete general requirements and general conditions estimates, quality survey and estimates using plan swift or other estimating software, complete construction budget - all divisions,
bid allowances, bid alternates and qualifications to insert into our proposal offer to our clients. Oversee and direct jr estimating staff completing owner bid tenders.
Jr Estimator - experienced in quantity takeoffs, estimating, sub and vendor leveling sheets, bid to subs, develop scope of work and detail, complete individual bid tabs.

Qualifications AND Experience:
- Must have a proven work history working with a Commercial General Contractor
- 7+ years experience managing commercial construction ground up projects at least $10M or larger from start to finish.
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Applicants with relevant certifications or equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Practical experience in project management
- Excellent people skills
