This role involves using DMP's ERP system to track orders, update customers, and ensure 100% accuracy in order status validation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a keen eye for detail to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize DMP's ERP system to monitor and track customer orders from initiation to delivery.

Provide timely and accurate updates to customers regarding their order status.

Validate and verify the accuracy of order information to ensure 100% accuracy in records.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.

Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating to the Customer Service Manager when necessary.

Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and production, to ensure smooth order processing.

Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance to customers.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.

Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably within a similar industry.

Proficiency in using ERP systems; experience with [specific ERP system used by DMP] is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
