Additionally, the role requires verifying that each service request entered into Oracle is also logged in the old system and ensuring all service request details in Oracle are accurate, including quantity, PO number, part number, and billing/shipping addresses. Furthermore, when the receptionist is on vacation, this role will provide coverage.
