Nova Supports is dedicated to providing exceptional behavior consultation and early intervention ABA services for individuals with autism, and their families. Our mission is to provide the BEST support for EVERY individual needing in-home ABA Therapy.
Position OverviewCompensation: $20-$23/hour once certified
Schedule: 10-20 hours per week. Monday-Friday during the day (approximately 12pm-4pm). Schedule will be determined by working with the family to find times that best fit your schedule and the client's availability.
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). If you are not yet certified as an RBT, we can help you get there In this role, you will provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children with autism, working closely with a behavior analyst to implement personalized treatment plans. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of our clients and their families.
- Implement individualized treatment programs designed by a behavior analyst
- Use ABA techniques such as PRT and NET to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction
- Collect and record data on client progress
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
- Attend regular training and supervision sessions
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Must complete the 40-hour RBT training program (provided by Nova Supports)
- Pass the RBT competency assessment and obtain RBT certification within the designated timeframe
- Reliable transportation to client homes
- Ability to pass a background check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children with autism
- Competitive hourly pay ($20-$23/hour once certified)
- Paid training (at a lower rate for non-certified applicants)
