We are currently looking for a System Engineer Analyst Level 1

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Understands basic concepts, assists with gathering relevant IP and non-IP network infrastructures
to support operations planning; solid background in network analysis with telecommunications, network management systems, and network management protocols.
* Assists in defining and implementing CONOPs and planning operational scenarios.
* Implements operational risk assessments in the evaluation of systems and platforms for use in operational scenarios.
* Maintains operational tool capabilities awareness in the evaluation of systems and platforms for use in operational scenarios.
* Utilizes Systems Engineering Analyst tools (Wireshark, Renoir, and/or Agency tools/databases); familiarity with process automation or scripts
* Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
* Comply with project plans and industry standards
* Ensure systems are updated with latest features

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* TS/SCI w/ Poly
* Four (4) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government are required.
* Associate's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
* A technical certification in any of the following is required: ClNS, Security+, CCNA, CEH, SSCP, GSEC,SCNP, SCNA, ClSA, GSE, or ClSSP.
* Two (2) years of additional Systems Engineering Analyst experience may be substituted for an associate' s degree.
* Interpersonal and communication skills

* Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols
* Strong teaming skills and experience working with multiple agencies/organizations on systems analysis, protocol analysis, hardware design & implementation, and infrastructure support
