We are currently looking for a System Engineer Analyst Level 2

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manages, maintains, and develops CONOPS and plans for operational scenarios supporting IP and non-IP network infrastructures for Alternate Access and Exfiltration
* Works independently and is an expert with Systems Engineering Analyst tools (Wireshark, Reno ir, and/or Agency tools/databases); ability to diagnose network protocols and incorporate into CONOPs.
* Develops CONOPs and plans for operational scenarios supporting lP and non-IP network infrastructures.
* Serves as a mentor to other System Engineering Analysts; guides mission plarining and evaluation of tool capabilities; communicates engineering requirements to meet objectives supporting the Agency' s analytic framework.
* Assesses risk and defines engineering requirements based on scenario within CONOP
* Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
* Comply with project plans and industry standards
* Ensure systems are updated with latest features

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* TS/SCI w/ Poly
* Eight (8) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government are required.
* Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
* A technical certification in any of the following is required: CTNS, Security+, CCNA, CEH, SSCP, GSEC, SCNP, SCNA, ClSA, GSE, CISM, or ClSSP.
* Six (6) years of additional Systems Engineering Analyst experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
* Interpersonal and communication skills


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Extensive understanding of military planning and integration associated with the three pillars of Computer Network Operations
* Ability to document requirements and specifications
* Critical Thinker and Problem-Solving Skills
* Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols
* Strong teaming skills and experience working with multiple agencies/organizations on systems analysis, protocol analysis, hardware design & implementation, and infrastructure support
