Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Essential Functions:

Program Administration: Manage program mechanisms including issuing reports for the recall of precision measurement and test equipment, initiating quality investigation forms for out-of-tolerance instruments, scheduling service appointments between vendors and internal customers for onsite visits, and maintaining routine status communications with key stakeholders.

Data Processing and Documentation: Review and process calibration records into asset management software, ensuring adherence to good documentation practices (GDP) to guarantee accuracy and compliance with Roche policies and procedures.

Database Maintenance: Update and maintain data within asset management databases related to equipment records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This includes processing customer change requests, project updates for continuous improvement initiatives, and internal corrective/preventative updates.

Logistics Coordination: Oversee the shipping, receiving, and tracking of packages related to the transportation of portable precision measurement and test equipment to and from external calibration vendors.

Customer Service: Provide support to internal customers regarding program-related issues.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of processes within the Calibration Department.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a laboratory setting working with pipettes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly organized.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications such as MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word, and Google applications.
  • Preferred experience with calibration asset management software (e.g., SAP CaMa, Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager).

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's degree preferred.
