Provides data in support of actuarial, financial and utilization analyses. Required Qualifications: Seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in the field of healthcare data analytics or a related area 5+ years of experience with a proven track record of developing SQL-based analytics solutions that are scalable and handle high complexity 2+ years of experience delivering analytical insights using data visualization tools such as Tableau Solid blend of data analytics (coding skills), healthcare domain knowledge, and presentation skills Expert-level proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for financial modeling tasks, including cost-benefit analysis Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges Superior communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Familiarity with healthcare data structures, terminologies, and regulatory requirements Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field Expertise in Python *All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy.
