Job Summary: The primary responsibility is to manage the day-to-day operations of Risk and Legal Information Systems. This includes maintaining functionality, ensuring data quality, troubleshooting issues, and participating in continuous system improvements. Additionally, the role provides support for MS Power BI reports and dashboards.

Essential Responsibility/Tasks:

Information Systems Management - Management and maintenance of business software platforms to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvements, including optimization of functionality, reporting and data importation. Collaborate with internal users to understand requirements, ensure platform functionality, design best practices, and resolve software-related issues. Ensures quality of data through periodic audits. Promptly (same day) responds to customer inquiries via designated channels.

Risk System (Riskonnect – SaaS):

  • Share updates with ClearSight’s success portal and/or communicate with Riskonnect

  • Act as liaison between TPA and ClearSight regarding unexpected reporting issues

  • Immediately communicate with TPA and Riskonnect to alert them of the missing claim # (confirmation emails)

  • Follows up until resolved

  • Assist Claims Personnel with Data portion of OSHA logs and audits

  • Construct and maintain Riskonnect email templates and event automations

  • Process Data Changes (Coverage Conversions, Deletions of duplicate or inaccurate reports in Riskonnect)

Woofconnect (Company Intranet):

  • Publish/revise documents, videos and links.

  • Associate Credentialing and Business Licensing Systems

  • CALM Application (MS Power App)

  • Legal Licensing Software (SaaS)

  • SAM System (Certainty - SaaS)

  • Risk Power BI Dashboards

  • Timely update of Risk’s MS BI reports and dashboards

  • Respond to inquiries related to published dashboards

  • Maintain record of tech support hours for various systems

  • Manages OSHA Surveys by BLS deadline

  • Procure and distribute posting notices, panel cards, and other insurance documents

HALO System (ServiceNow – SaaS):

  • Report errors to support team.

  • Track resolutions via log and send weekly reminders of unresolved items.

  • Audit feed files (on the PSE mailbox) and report bracket errors.

  • Fulfills other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

  • Associate’s Degree / Bachelors Preferred

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Business Info. Systems Administration, database management and financial analysis

  • Professional designations Preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power BI,

  • Basic web design knowledge (Microsoft Front Page, HTML, FTP) and SharePoint experience

  • Experience with SQL, ServiceNow and Workday

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English / French a plus

  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and shift focus with competing demands

Additional Information

[Required for CA, NY, WA, CO, Washington D.C. only]: Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The US base hourly target rate for this full-time position is $43.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location .
