You will successfully onboard new employees to variable frequency drive development as well as software solutions that allow drive commissioning. You will be an advocate of operating teams in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) Framework and continuously seeks to improve existing processes towards more effective and efficient execution. As the Senior Manager you will provide technical leadership for motor control, embedded software development, desktop software solutions, web/cloud-based development, and mobile app construction. Aside from leading cutting-edge development, you are expected to influence technical roadmap development via influence. While doing so, you will foster a culture of belonging and innovation.
