Responsibilities:

Identify, analyze, and prioritize improvement opportunities across various departments and processes.

Develop and implement Lean Six Sigma projects to eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and enhance overall process performance.

Facilitate process mapping, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.

Collect and analyze data to measure process performance and track improvement initiatives.

Develop and implement standardized work procedures and best practices.

Provide training and coaching to employees on Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives.

Track and report on project progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and return on investment (ROI).

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
